Pre-Purchased Lessons - lessons must be scheduled at time of purchase.  If you miss a scheduled lesson without notice there is no refund.

Weather - Heart 2 Hoof Stables may reschedule appointments for hazardous weather conditions.  Summer Lessons may not take place if the heat index is over 140 (temperature + humidity) or if there is a thunderstorm with lightning; Winter lessons may depend on road conditions.

Absences - If a rider misses more than 2 regularly scheduled lessons in a row, the rider may lose their time slot.

Cancellations should be made with a minimum of 2 days advance notice.  We understand that emergencies happen, but we need time to fill the empty spot. 

No-shows may cause you to lose your time slot and are non-refundable.

Late arrivals will not extend lesson time.  No discounts are given for late arrival.
